For customers who have chosen our Fast Shipping (Without Tracking) option, please note that we will only provide you with our shipping receipt. You will NOT be able to track your order after that, and there is a risk that the product will not arrive at your home. If you still have not received your order after 60 days, we will escalate the matter to our level 2 support team and you will get your money back no questions asked.

Orders will be processed within 2 days of order and shipped the next day after processing day. *Please note that these are only estimated delivery times, so Phonebibi does not guarantee delivery dates.

Please make sure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be forced to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in the delivery of your order. Delays may also occur due to customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to release your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by your local postal service or a local courier. Depending on your region, most orders are delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a message may be left by the postal service with instructions on how and where to pick up your delivery.

No new shipment will be arranged if packages are returned because of incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses or because they could not be delivered.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these fees and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us at Phonebibi. For more details on the charges, please contact your local customs office.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for prohibited items, as we cannot be held liable for items not accepted in the specific country.

CHARGES FOR FOREIGN TRANSACTIONS

If your credit card account is in a currency other than U.S. Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than the one listed on our website. You may also incur a foreign transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policy. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any fees charged by your bank or credit card issuer. Our store prices are displayed in your local currency, but at checkout in USD. All transactions are handled in USD via Paypal or Stripe on the checkout page.
